PV4Plants project kicked off in Ankara, Turkey

The PV4Plants project supported under the EU Horizon Europe Program and of which Smart Farm Sensing is one of the project partners, started with Kick off Meeting on 7th and 8th of February in Ankara, Turkey. The Project. Our Consortium team is composed by 14 organizations from different countries and coordinated by Kalyon PV, Turkey’s leading manufacturer of photo voltaic panels.

PV4Plants aim is to become a strong influencer of the decarbonisation of the agricultural and energy sector. The project has a series of key advantages which can improve the competitiveness of both sectors:

  • Improve land efficiency.
  • Renewable local energy generation and direct consumption.
  • Creation of local social-financial opportunities.
